Well whoops I fell off the wagon today Ate a donut and a maple danish. Funny thing is I didn't really fancy them I just got bored. Never mind start again from tomorrow.

It's gone very cold here again (although not as cold as I'm sure it gets in parts of the U.S.) and we had another flurry of snow today. I swear it's a natural reaction for the body to want to eat more on colder days - and it certainly puts me off going outside for anything!!!!

I have new inspiration from today, old friend has contacted me and I used to quite fancy him, so wanna lose another couple of pounds before we meet up again! I think I shall come on to the forum more often also to help keep myself on track.

Is it too late to join this challenge? I may not reach 20 lbs by spring because it's taken me about 3 1/2 months to lose that much, but I'd love to try!

OK, Vday challenge is over, and I can concentrate fully on the SPRING CHALLENGE!! 5 weeks till March 21st... I'm shooting to hit an even 150. That's a loss of a little less than 10 lbs, but I think I can do it! I'm upping cardio for this challenge (and I'm not just saying that this time, so hold me accountable!), and I'm going to cycle calories. I'll also do measurements... first time trying that so I don't really know how to set a goal for it. We shall see. I'm 2 lbs away from my first mini goal of 15lbs!

I need to join the challenge. I have been working on this plan since Jan. 1st and I need the kick in the butt. I need to get rid of these love handles before Spring. Maybe this will give me some will power.

Why is my weight loss tracker not showing up?
It was there yesterday. Can anyone help me?

hey! I would like to join this as well....I finally finished my Valentines day challenge!

I am hoping to reach my goal for 110 by June 19th, so i think i should shoot for 5 pounds by March 21st. My plan it so keep my calories around 1100-1400, work out 3-4x a week and keep off the alcohol!

hey, copy it, then go to your User CP... control panel... then click on signature, and paste it there...

Well, the challenge is going well...I do have some assistance though. I'm at 237 and the spring challenge to reach 20 lbs would be 224. I think things will work out if I don't give up.

NightAngel26 - thanks for the help - I went to quick links and I copied and pasted - but then when I went to User CP, I saw all kinds of edit options but the word signature tracker was not there. Maybe I have not been on this website for 20 days yet. I will see if I can find my first post.

I just went back and found that my first post was only Feb. 1st - so I have not been here 20 days yet. I will try again on the 21st.

Happy V-Day everyone! Didn't make my goal, but I'm moving on.

My goal for the 1st day of spring is to get out of the overweight BMI range, which means losing 5.5 lbs.

Plan:
1) Started fat smash detox today(9 days). Lots more fruit and veggies. No sugar or alcohol.

2)Cardio daily, and for longer periods(40-60 minutes).

3) Had DH hide the scale - no weighing in until after detox.

Bring on spring!!

Natamars--what's this detox?? I'm celebrating my 5yr anniversary w the boyfriend next weekend, maybe detox is something I should start the monday after?

I did an hour of cardio yesterday! Nothing too extreme for too long, just something to get my bod moving and my heart rate up. It was a high day, calorie-wise, and I spent a good portion of them on junk food. I guess maybe bc the Vday challenge (for me) had officially ended? Or bc the Doritos were in my cupboard and looked so amazing. Either way, I'm not worried about it, today is a new day. It's gorgeous outside, I'm thinking I'll go for a run after work

the server ate my post!!! shasha, there's a thread over on diet central for fat smash - detox is basically fruits, veggies, brown rice, tofu, beans, egg whites, plain yogurt, and milk. i'll let you know how it goes! what are you guys doing for your anniversary?

Dang my post disappeared too ....

Just to make it official my start weight is : 156 as of this morning... I have no specific weight loss number, I'd like to lose at least 2 lbs by the end of this challenge...

The last date of this challenge is what? March 21st? which is offically the first day of spring... We could do another challenge after that bringing us up to a Summer challenge.......What do you all think?
