Disgusted with myself
 

I got on the scale just now for the first time in a long time and I weighed 172. Granted, I weighed myself at night and I never do that but I am so disgusted with myself. I can actually see the difference. I had been hovering around 165 for most of the year. Ultimately, I'd like to see myself hover around 155.

Tomorrow is our last Christmas celebration with my mom's family. I'm sure it will be quite difficult to eat well though I will try. On Monday, we go back to the hard core dieting I did at the beginning of last year (I lost 20 pounds in the 1st quarter of 2009). I hope to break 160 by the early spring.

I know that this isn't a very interesting post but i really just needed to vent and put something in writing to make sure that it actually happens. You'll be seeing me around these boards in the next few months...

I am feeling the exact same way. I had been hovering around 124-125 and today i got on the scale and have gained so much weight in the past week. I was 129.8 this morning. so disappointed.

Down to 169 this morning...
