    -mixed frozen fruit
    -any type of berry
    -peppers, mushrooms, squash, carrots, ..pretty much all veggies
    -light individual cheese (60 cal)
    -cans of tuna in water
    -edamame
    -water chestnuts
    -whole wheat bread
    -chicken breasts, pork chops
    -eggs
  • white tuna in water
    low carb yogurt
    laughing cow wedges
    pickles
    sf jello
  • All types of leafy vegetables
    Almost all vegetables - especially when very fresh
    All fruit
    Tofu
    Low fat goat milk yogurt
    Nuts (in moderation)

    And my own little obsession - any type of really good quality, fresh Japanese food (not only sushi).
  • I just love non-fat greek yogurt!

    Why are only certain fruits good? I love apples! My favorite are MacIntosh.
