So I have a question. I'm on week six of my diet/exercise/weight loss program and I'm experiencing a lot of nausea. Has this happened to you? I had the same issue week 2 which I just chalked up to my body being not used to exercise, but I feel I should have adjusted by now. It could just be the heat and humidity. Of course this makes it pretty easy to stay on diet because I just don't feel like eating LOL.
