Can I join you guys? I have a goal of seeing 130 this month! At least once! I was at 134.8 this morning, so I think it's doable. 130 is the lowest my weight has been as an adult, so that will be a real landmark for me.

ThighsBeGone, I have switched into maintenance for a while. There is a long thread on why over in Maintainers - basically, my body just rebelled on me and said it was done for now. I have spent the past week maintaining between 133 & 135, on about 2700 calories a day - it's amazing. I may try to go ahead & lose the last few pounds in a month or two, but really, I'm happy with how I look, happy with how I feel, and my body was really starting to freak out from me keeping trying to force it into releasing that last little bit. And what is 130, anyway? It's a number. :) Good luck w/ your goals this month, ladies! |
SuBee, I have wondered if that is where I am too. I was 135 on the nose this morning.
Do you find you are just hungrier right now? |
Trying to keep to 1600-1700 calories / day had me ready to chew my arm off, and I found myself binging about once a week for the last month. I decided control & maintenance was worth more than binging & trying to get rid of 5 more pounds.
