Personally I don't really like the scale, and would prefer to weigh in once every week ~ every 2 weeks, but since I've been advised by my nutritionist to step on the scale at least once every day, that is what I've been following.
Seems like a lot of people are weighing in daily to help stay on track! |
I weigh every day...helps to keep me on track. That having been said, I have to learn to deal with the normal up and down fluctuations...and not freak out if I gain .4 pound in a day.
