I almost never exercise and it's hard to where I live right now... so I'm going to try to build that in over the next month. And I'm doing a 70% raw food diet right now (some breads and meats with salad, but mostly salad, fruit, yogurt, and whole raw nuts/grains). I haven't been weighing myself, but I know my stomach (where all my fat is) has shrunk
I keep a general count on calories to be sure I am eating enough, going over is not an issue for me right now since I am being obsessive. I exercise a cululative total of about 2 hours a day broken up between spurts at the office and then an hour when I get home.
