Anyone else spinning around in circles? Attempting to lose 5 lbs. before the holidays on the "spinach and vinegar" diet? Hooking up the caffeine IV every day?
What are the three things that are stressing you out the most right now? Post them here, rather than eating even more cookies to cope!
1. I have my first final today and then 4 next week!
2. I return to the US in 11 days and have to pack and say good-bye to my friends!
3. I'm having trouble getting to sleep at night and making myself go to the gym during the day.

2. My ankle is starting to show signs of wear and I'm afraid I'll have to stop running for a while.

2. My boyfriends(and pretty much mine too) roomate smokes inside the apt and it makes us choke and gag and cough and he wont go outside so not only does everything I own smell, I probably am getting lung cancer.

1. DH's mom got diagnosed with uterine cancer the week before Thanksgiving and is having surgery January 8.
2. As a combination of above and general holiday stress & malaise, DH has lost focus and is aimless and somewhat moody lately. He is trying to eat right still, but hasn't exercised in weeks. It makes me feel the need to try to fix it, which seems to annoy him more. I'm getting worn out trying to be the strong, together one all the time.
3. I've scheduled a breast augmentation procedure for 1/22 and still haven't told my mother yet. She has been so critical of everything else during the weight loss that I just don't have the energy to deal with her reaction.
