    And easy to put together go to meal?


    Mine- snack 100 cal popcorn and 60 cal choco pudding

    Go to Meal- English muffin, egg, 50 cal cheese slice, and 1 slice turkey heated up on the sandwich press. I could eat it for any meal.
  • I like apples with peanut butter.
  • favorite go to snack/meal:

    low fat yogurt, Kashi go lean crunch, and blueberries
  • Fav go to meal: oatmeal and raisins with vanilla whey protein powder mixed in a bit of water that acts as milk to top off the oatmeal ... Gross to most but I have weird taste...

    Fav snack: celery and peanut butter
  • Snack - smoothie, yum

    Go to Meal - pita pizza, or burrito
