Featherweight Challenge #7 - 3 lbs
:welcome: to the 7th Featherweight Challenge - shall we make this one a three-pounder?
The rules are simple: Just post your starting weight (SW) and your goal weight (GW) Log in as often as you like and post your current weight (CW)! I like the three-pound challenges, but they still kinda freak me out--it's intimidating! But it's also a good challenge--keeps my eyes on the prize. ;) My most recent low was 134.5, so even though the scale shows higher today, I think it's water weight. I'll adjust tomorrow if it goes down. SW: 134.5 CW: ? GW: 131.5 |
Woot I'm in again! Didn't lose anything the last challenge but now i've added exercise to my plan so let's see what happens :)

I am getting confused with this and the other five pound challenge - I put my GW as 140 instead of 142!
Now I've realised I've put the wrong weights on the other one so I'll have to go back and change that too - it's confusing. So, down a bit this morning: SW: 145 CW: 144.8 GW: 142 |
ok now that the scale has finally started moving a little bit (down .8) I feel a bit more confident in my ability to participate in this challenge. . .so here it goes again!

Hey -sorry I've been MIA. I had a lapse on Sunday and my weight went up to 145.5 so I've been hiding till it went away. But I was down this morning!
