I just started dieting and am losing weigh fast. I hear this isnt healthy should I eat more. i eat plenty of food. just a lot healthier. |

CW: 147 GW: 145 I have found a way to cut out quite a few daily calories. I've started eating platefuls of salad for lunch instead of sandwiches and also gone on to black coffee except one cup of white morning and one evening. So I have a few more cals to play with. Today was a nice day so we went to the park and I used up my extra calories on an ice cream and still came in under 1300 for the day. |
