How about having a Featherweight challenge?
Hope I'm posting in the right place.
What do you all think of having 2 lb challenges? This being the first one ;) Please join in; it'll be fun and motivating. SW: 117.2 CW: 117.2 GW: 115.2 It's similar to the 5 lb challenge in Chicks Up for a Challenge. But, since we are all Featherweights I thought it would be more realistic for us. |

Taurie, what a great idea! I know I'll probably never win a 5lb challenge on the regular forum. I think the last one took only 2 days! Right now I'm at a plateau because I just started weight training, so I know I'm stuck for a little while!

I'll join in; the last time I weighed myself I was 111lbs but I will wait until tomorrow morning to post my "official" starting weight for the challenge.
Sunday it will be a week from my 20th birthday, so I am hoping to leave as many pounds as I can in my teenage years!! (Doing it the healthy way, of course :)) |

I'm actually up one as I had a cheat meal out on Friday. Couldn't say no to eating at Claridges. So I'll probably show a drop by Wednesday.

I'm up by 2, because I went running (kinda) for an hour, so since I'm going to do this a lot more, it'll be a week before I lose any weight again, I figure. I'd been doing an hour on the stationary bike, but haven't seen this kind of gain so far. I'm eating like a champ, though! --- GROWR!

I have a question! I think it's an awesome idea, afterall small goals are attainable...but do we have a time limit or at least a weekly/monthly 2lb challenge? Just simply because it seems we might have a never ending thread otherwise :D

As I understand it, whoever can post a 2-lb weight loss first gets to start Featherweight Challenge #2. Our current weight at that point becomes our new starting weight for the next round.
