I am a 30 something southern girl trying to lose 25-30lbs. I have been up and down up and down since having my babies. I need some good support and accountability. Can someone direct me to a good group?:^:

You're already in a good group right here! :D Try jumping into the featherweight chat, we have a few regulars and it's pretty easy to keep up with and also very friendly and supportive! You could also have a look under the challenge threads where you can create nd reach for goals with countless other members and support eachother along the way!
