Well, a bad couple of weeks for me, sorry to report. Traveled to London, England, ate lots and drank some beer. Stopped exercising March 17th. Came home to lots of extra work, allergies, then a rip roaring sinus infection. Luckily only up 2 pounds.

So:
May 1st: 155 lbs.

and Ilene, I'll take it from you..."failure is staying down"... so I'm getting back up.

Sue

today 144.6 ... I don't usually weigh daily but I wanted to see if I was holding some water yesterday at my friday weigh in... seems i was, but I'm still above last weeks. gotta crack down to get below 144

I'm gonna wait a few days before my official May weigh in b/c I ran a marathon this past Sat and that tends to affect weight quite a bit-water retention and/or dehydration, eating on the road, carbing up, etc etc. So I'll weigh in on Monday or Tuesday.

Alright, been a while since i was here, so i'll go ahead and be accountable now.

Current weight: 148

Weighed in this morning and 146lbs!!!!!!! I haven't weighed that "little" in over 3 years...
New mini goal: Healthy BMI i.e. 140lbs!

Mudpie 05-08-2008 07:21 PM

same 5 lb. range

I started at 3FC just over a year ago at 147. I've been between 135 and 130 and every number in between many, many times these past few months.

The goal has always been to get down to 125 and it's still the goal. This time with real (non-dehydrated) :p numbers.

Well, I AM down!!! I'll post later what my weekly stats look like (from home where I keep my log).

walking2lose 05-09-2008 07:44 PM

142.9 weighed first thing this morning at 143-something, but I apparently took off a few ounces after going to the bathroom (yea!)!!! So I'm down... just a smidge, but still the scale is going down.

Good job Allison!!!! And Thinny and Who!!!!

5/2/08 = 149
5/3/08 = 147
5/4/08 = 147
5/5/08 = 147.5
5/6/08 = 146.5 (looking better!!)

Allison, I wonder if you would do better weighing just once a week... I am the exact same way (weigh - ha!!) as you with lots of ups and downs and fluctuations. I am a friday morning weigher - that way I can relax the reins a tad on the weekend, which is usually when I eat out - and then tighten up during the work week. You have to do what you're comfortable with, but I know the daily weigh in fluctuations would drive me a little nutty. But, you are down 3 lbs. and THAT IS AWESOME!
