Yesterday, DH and I went to the gym together. Full body work out of just about an hour.

We walked to but it was pouring so someone gave us a ride home

Cool!!

Today I ran 45 mins... Tonight I went for my first bike ride of the season 17k a little over an hour... It was really beautiful out but it's the first time I bike that there are still snow banks and ice on the river...

nice job Ilene!

I went out to to run 20mi today but many things went wrong. By mile 3, I wasn't feeling it. I was underfueled, it was hotter than I thought, I was more sore than I thought, and I ran out of water. Mentally I checked out before mile 10 but couldn't get myself to a phone 'til 12.5. Called dh to come and rescue me.
