haha, susan, when it comes to PB my tablespoons are HEAPING. i love the stuff and i'll eat it right out of the jar!

dagmar good call on taking your own food. i try to do that for work but the ice cream and such still tempts me!

Iris I am so relieved to find I am not the only PB lover here.. I too eat spoonfuls from my own separate jar. I have worked to prevent doing so as I usually can't stop with one spoonful...

I have had a really good week! I am down 3 1/2 lbs from Monday. I was able to work out 4x this week and have training work outs scheduled for Sat and Sunday.

Susan - I may have to try the individual PB serving sizes. Do they come in reduced fat??

I can't keep peanut butter or nuts of any kind (except DH of course :p) around the house. I just eat and eat and eat and they are all so terribly high in calories.
