According to my scale at home, last week 155
According to the scale at the gym, last week 162
I averaged them to 158.5

According to my scale at home, this week 154
According to the schale at the gym, this week 158
I averaged them to 156

So I'm down 2 lbs!

I know i need to commit to using one or the other, but by the time I get to the gym in the morning I've had breakfast, I prefer the numbers on the scale at home. "Sigh"

Hudson, do you weight before or after working out... Because if you weigh afterwards you will definitely see a gain...

So why not use the scale at home? No reason to think a gym scale is more accurate. Plus you probably have to wear clothes there.

Clothes are always good at the gym. Keep your "bits" from getting caught in the equipment.

Dagmar :p
