I have 20 more lbs to lose. I have lost 52 lbs since Oct 2006. I lost 60 but gained 8 back. I guess maintaining was harder than I thought. I want to lose 20 to get down to 135lbs. My lowest was 147lbs.
I finally got motivated today and went on my Elyptical for 20 minutes. I did a tiny bit of weights but not enough to even mention. I figured it was a good start. I used to be able to do 40 minutes on the Elyptical. I haven't worked out for way too long.
Looking for motivation and hints and recipes.
I'm am trying to help my husband loose 20lbs too. Today is day 2 on watching what we eat.
If you've figured out how to motivate your hubby please share your method with me. Mine has to lose 40+ lbs. for hernia surgery and I'm at a loss (heh, heh) as to how to keep him motivated.
