hi everyone. just joined the site today....and signed up for jenny craig. i want to set up a profile/signature for my comments. how do i do it. i really need a ticker of my very own. i did however start a blog. come by! it's called "black pants, be gone!". explanation to follow there.

Signatures are limited to users with at least 30 days of membership and 30 posts. Unfortunately, this was necessary due to spammers.

You can put your start/current/goal weight in your user profile, and edit other profile information, by clicking the "User CP" link in the navigation bar.

Stick around, keep posting, and you'll have your ticker in no time!
