Thanks for all your good wishes, when I stepped on the scale this morning it still said 128, I didn't imagine it, I really did reach goal.
Gary, at my highest weight of 206 I weighed more than you, and I am 5' 2". ugh!
I have a lot of inspiration on these forums . I see many who have lost lots of weight and maintained for significant periods of time.
Counting, you are right those last few pounds were very stubborn, the first 10 pounds came off much faster than the last 10,
Allison, your goal is so close, you will make it ,I am sure.
