20 minutes of the crosstrainer this morning
b: the other half of my tandoori chicken and lettuce wrap, 8 small pieces of papaya, and a small bowl of veggie broth
l: small bowl of radish soup, 3 pieces of raw tomato, two pieces of baby bok choy (sauteed), 1/2 cup serving of sauteed lean lamb strips with onion and scrambled egg, and one small hunk of watermelon
s: 4 small pieces of papaya
30 minutes of the treadmill, then weight training
d: not sure yet!
i tried so hard to not snack today, but i was just hungry, and didn't want to overeat at dinner or something. heh
Friday
B: apple cinnamon nutrigrain bar, iced tea no sugar
L: few slices of turkey breast with tomato
D: small salad, iced tea
S: 6 apple cinnamon bars.

Yesterday: (more cals than I wanted...but I managed to lose a bit still!)
B: slimfast
L: western omlet w/potatoes and cheese
S: weakness....a milk chocolate chunky bar AND quaker breakfast cookie, hot cocoa!
D: Goulash (w/beef)
Ohhhh dear. Constipated, bloated, scale-panicking (appearing to have *gained* despite logically not eating a lot at all..all due to sluggish innards, but I'm irrational), ate ice cream, saw a photo of a beautiful girl, decided next to her I had no business living, had sex with bf and then went downstairs and BINGED! leaving him asleep...wtf.stupid and weird and horrible. :-(
I won't go into it but 2600 cals in total yesterday I think. Did walk for an hour, at least.
FRIDAY
Today I feel awful but at least like yesterday I have voluntary work at the school with a lot of distracting kids to...distract me! Tried to get innards moving and eat healthfully, this is how my day is/will be
b: 2 x small oatcakes with lowfat cheese, medium apple (175)
s: mango (120)
l: organic malt bread egg and cress sandwich (395)
s: cornetto ice cream (175)
d: smallish potato and cheese (250)
= less than 1200 cals
no exercise, but 4 or so hours of helping teacher with chaotic class of 25 under-10s is...draining!
Ok, sore is finally starting going away so I can get away with some actual solid stuff with flavor
However, planning on eating light today since I may going out for Friday Night, cocktails involved
B: Eggbeater scramble with peppers, onions & pancetta (250)
S: Yoplait Light Yogurt (100)
L: LeanCuisine /w extra veggies thrown in (bell peppers & onions) (280)
S: Mini Muffin (100)
D: ??? (I've budgeted 830 calories for this -- I am guessing about 400-600 calories for 2-3 drinks, and then I'll have something light to eat)
Crossing fingers for staying on plan today. On the uphand, I did my planned daily exercise in the morning (20 minutes cardio interval, 20 minutes toning) and I'm sure I'll be walking a mile or two, tipsy, as I go from bar to club
