Last 10-ish Pounds! Help!
So, the beginning of my freshman year I dropped like 25lbs.
Now, I want to get down to 128. I was 139 at the beginning of the school year, then it went up 3 lbs, then it when down to 132, now it's up to 135/137 depending on the time of day that I step on the scale. That gain is muscle, so I'm okay with it, but I still want to lose the extra bit of fat I have and I really can't seem to do it.
Anybody have any ideas how to drop those last 10-ish lbs?
