Had to share
I'm now below 150 and I'm at 149. When I looked on the scale I thought I was going to cry. I'm so pumped and motivated to keep going. But, you know what I'm so use to my new lifestyle now it's not that hard anymore to do what I'm doing. Hope that makes sense.
P.S. I'm really impressed with this community here. |

sunshine, I eat healthy, lots of veggies, whole foods etc. Portion control, cardio and strength training. And I treat myself on the weekend so I can have a coke. And if I have a bad day I brush it off and make sure my next day is good.
