I have pizza all the time. It fits in with a healthy diet. Don't beat yourself up about it.

IMHO mental torture is more unhealthy than the stuff in most pizzas ;)

I have pizza every week (monday lunch) I do go to a by-the-slice place and just get 1 (huge) slice

I eat pizza too. Not every day but often enough. Nothing is forbidden as long as you keep it under control.

Pizza isn't the devil. In moderation, it's pretty good for you.

Pizza please!

We eat pizza at least once a week for dinner. We just get the thin crust kind (DH swears he likes whole wheat crust but I find it's like cardboard :barf: ) with lots of veggies and chicken. I sometimes make our own with goat cheese, sweet peppers, olives, etc. As long as you limit the cheese (or use a low fat kind) and greasy meats it's quite low cal and healthy! :broc:

Mmm pizza. I eat it pretty frequently too-- I just plan ahead for it and make sure to reduce my calories enough in the days leading up to and after it so that it balances out.

I agree, Pizza is good for you, but if it's a red light food for you, like it is for me, don't eat it... Don't berate yourself either for eating it, I still THINK that I can eat it sometimes, just learn from your lesson and move on...
