Anyone else have this problem?
 

I love to walk, simply because it's easy to do, it doesn't cost anything and it's not running. But I have a slight problem with my legs. If is walk too much at one time they start to itch. Badly. And it's really becoming annoying, especially come June when I participate in Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society. Does anyone else suffer from this? And if you do any suggestions on getting it to stop. Besides the obvious stop walking? :?:

although it was with runners and joggers, not walkers, but it might help.

Thanks, Allison! It helped alot. I already have a skin allergy when I get hot so what they were saying makes a lot of sense. I'm going to try out their suggestions next time I go walking.

I have this problem too and in my case it's a circulation problem. DO you have varicose veins?
