Stress!
 
I have been eating pretty good for the past 4 weeks and I initially lost 4 pounds, then gained two and then decided that it was hopeless. I pigged out yesterday, but am back on today. And it seems for the past few days, no matter what I eat I get AWFUL cramps and stuff, indigestion?
I don't know. I'm wondering if it's stress. I've been REALLY stressed lately. Could stress be the reason I'm not losing and getting indigestion?

I've had indigestion for a few years now...right about the time I put on extra weight. I think the two go hand in hand. (of course weight gain and stress do also). I like to do yoga when stressed...it really helps me. Give it a chance (it will probably take you about 10 sessions to get the breathing right and feel results). I just do YogaZone workouts. They air daily on Lime and Wisdom channel and several other channels if you don't own a yoga DVD.
