Hello everyone.. I mainly post in Support I used to be all over this site but now that I am so busy I pop in when I can, and here lately Im trying to more often than not because I have to get rid of this last 15-20lbs before I lose my mind. I have started using Fitday again, which I try to log all of my own food for a more accurate count because Fitday calculates food at a much higher kCal rate than the "packaging" suggests. Anyways.. I dont know how to put it so that the rest of the world ( you all) can see my Fitday, but I feel like I will be more consistant if I log it, and then I would like to get some feed back on it as well. Here is the link, but I cant remember how to get it in my box to the left over here. .lol Im at the end of my rope, I exercise everday, but as of recent I have switched up my diet which yesterday and todays fitday are a good example of how I am trying to balance it, and I dont put it in as I eat it.. I plan it out for the day so that I make sure the pie chart is pretty balanced. Any feedback would be excellent.. thank you
