Default Introducing Myself.... Hi Ladies!

Hi, my name's Marley and I am pretty active, actually. I also have a voracious appetite and a deep appreciation for food. I work out at least a half hour at the gym daily, have semi-weekly high intensive jazz dance and pilates sessions, and am occasionally at the gym more than the daily half hour, in addition to living downtown and therefore walking virtually everyplace I need to go.

I can't seem to be able to lose weight, possibly because of my irregular eating schedule. According to measurements from about 2 months ago (I misplaced my tape measure somewhere since then!!!!! ) 110.16 pounds are lean weight, and a remaining 25.84 pounds are just fat. I carry my weight in my thighs, booty, and hips. It's really annoying. I wear a size 2-4 jeans depending on the brand but I haaaaate having a little rolly muffintop.

I have a 35" bust, 28" waist, 35" hips, and 23" thighs. (As of 2 months ago) I need some kind of effort towards organizing a diet schedule since I have few problems exercising (actually I really ought to re-evaluate my gym routine as well) so if any of you lovely ladies have a bit of solid advice that's worked really well, tell me tell me!

I could also stand to check in with a weight loss buddy if anyone out there is interested....

I think you just need to shake up your routine with some more intense cardio and some regular weight training to kick start your weight loss a bit. Your measurements are my dream measurments and see nothing wrong with them, so maybe some muscle would give you a figure that you would appreciate more...Sculpt your body, so to speak , to change it rather than lose pounds on the scale...

Hey!
You sound kind of like me. I excercise fine. In fact I love doing exercise, being active, it's part of my life.

I just have some seriously disordered eating. And I need to fix that. start eating a lot healthier and change my relationship with food.

What do you mean by your eating schedule? Do you just eat really randomly and that's what you want to fix? Or do you have trouble fitting eating into your regular schedule?

I have a love for food as well and being that I'm almost always at home all the time, boredom factors in and I just eat. Even now, without those cravings, I find myself walking in the kitchen to find food even when I'm not hungry.

Unfortunately, I don't have the love for exercise. So many things just really hurt my knees.

lol... squishy I like your headline, one of my friends used to call me "squishy"

haha yeah I just can eat reallly fast, I have like an incredible appetite (which makes my friends feel better because clearly Im not depressed...) and I love to eat. I dont have time to stop for a bite most of the time so Ill go a day or so without really eating more than a handful of cookies or something easy, and on other days I stop in and pick up something quick several times a day. I try to work on getting healthier snacks because I know snacking can be key to not overeating if you do it right, so Ive been researching the local dives around my city and what the best things are to order if I HAVE to go fast food. Apparently taco bell is the healthiest fast food with a spicy chicken burrito at about 300 calories or so for a quick meal (without the creamy jalapeno sauce)

ohhh... and if anyone else has tips regarding healthy snacking out, thats pretty much my lifestyle right now. it would help immensely!

I totally know what you mean. Ill try anything I can to fend of boredom, like do homework, do my taxes.... annnnything! If that still doesnt work, Ill have a whole dill pickle, which takes a while to eat neatly, is around 12 calories, and tastes delicious! Pickles are becoming my secret weapon
