So i started this website a month ago and so far i havent lost a thing! I havent been motivated at all and i keep on eating! I weigh about 155 and iam aiming to lose 25-30lbs by march or april! I dont know a thing about eating and i was hoping you guys can help me and tell me about your weight loss "secrets" . Any kind of help would be appreciated!
