Need All The HELP I can Get TO Lose WEIGHT!!

  • Hey All

    So i started this website a month ago and so far i havent lost a thing! I havent been motivated at all and i keep on eating! I weigh about 155 and iam aiming to lose 25-30lbs by march or april! I dont know a thing about eating and i was hoping you guys can help me and tell me about your weight loss "secrets" . Any kind of help would be appreciated!

    I think we've talked before and I have been reading some of your posts. I'm not sure if I've answered much because I don't have anything new to say. The other posters have been helping you with your family situation. You are busy. There's not much to be gained from my rehashing that here. It's a fact. It's your situation. It's what you've got to work with. Nothing about that is going to change in a real hurry, so we'll start with that being a given.

    Let's talk about food for a few moments. Do you feed yourself or are you struggling (like many young women in your situation) to eat healthily from what's being provided by your family?

    I think the problem is my whole family are pretty much overweight and my mom cooks lots of fattening foods and the thing is i dont eat my moms cooking since i am never home and always working or in school! the problem is i cant stay away from pizza and thats how i gained all of this weight which is like 30lbs and also the fact iam soo bussy to do anything! I dont know iam still trying

    Where do you get them?
  • I get those food at the fast food places i work at.

    Are there healthier choices you can eat or maybe just smaller portions? Water instead of soda?
  • I think there is i just need to get a hold of myslef. I had a half of a cake today! so deppressing!
  • Do: Stop eating the fast food where you work.

    Do: Take a packed lunch into work and eat that instead.

    Do: Count calories and keep a food diary at www.nutridiary.com or www.fitday.com

    Do: exercise.

    Don't: eat half a cake.
