Miso Soup?
 

It's me again... are we allowed to drink Miso Soup? I like to put tons of tofu in it and eat it as a meal... I know it says Herbs allowed... and although Miso isn't an herbal spice, it is a bean paste and we're allowed beans... Am I trying to reason with it in order to cheat?! Help me! :?:

And another question... so as long as we don't fry the veggies, are we allowed to eat it in any form? We're allowed cooked veggies, right?

How much sodium is in the miso soup? I think we're supposed to avoid salty foods. But I don't have a definitive answer for you. :(
