Fat Smash Weekly Weigh In Oct.16-22

  • Hi all! A bunch of us thought this might be a handy thread to start up so please post here on your regular weigh in day and let us know how things are going for you all!

    Today(Oct.16/06) was my weigh in day as I always weigh in on Mondays and I just finished Phase 1, so far I have lost 5 lbs and 2.5 inches and I'm really happy with the results! I have been slacking on the exercise because I don't want to rip a stitch in my mouth so soon enough I'll be back to my regular exercise program and really burning the calories!!!
    My plan is to stick basically to phase 1 for a few mor days and see if it helps, besides I can't really chew anything yet so I don't think it will hurt!

  • 10/19~ 206 this morning. I lost 1 lb. I wanted 2 but I will take 1! I am happy to still be losing.

    And I am happy to say that I lost 7 pounds in Phase I!

  • Doing great on phaseII. Thought I would take advantage of the extra food. All I had was the tuna and cereal. Tonight I will have chicken. I have been doing W.W. for almost three years. Lost 103lbs and made lifetime in August of this year. That is when the trouble started. Only having to weight in once anytime of the month means I can weigh in Sep.1st and not have to weight in until Oct.31st. This is too much time to fall off the wagon and thinking I have time to get back on and loose the weight. I needed control again. I also will be going to every meeting again. You can weight in every meeting but the first weigh in of the month goes in the book. I love the healty eating of smash. I was saving my points for too much junk on W.W. Well sorry if this is long.
