Nice Birthday surprise from the scale
 

a two pound loss! YAY! :carrot:

We're moving on to Phase 2 tomorrow, with a couple of phase 1 days thrown in since today is my 29th and we're going to go OUT for dinner.

My birthday gift to myself is not to binge and not to go out of control. Everything in moderation. Ok, not everything but you catch my drift!

(and yes, this is a gatuitous birthday post in which a message to with me a happy day is not so secretly hidden)

I was going to post this on the weigh in thread after I read your post there, but then I saw this thread. I had made a mental note last week that your b-day was today....but I haven't had time this morning to collect my thoughts. lol.

Happy Birthday! Two pounds are two pounds, so that's great! And I want to thank you for the recipes, too - we had the sweet potato fries last night, and they were fantastic. I'm looking forward to your lentil soup this evening. Enjoy yourself on your birthday - it seems to me you've earned it!
