Hello, I am on day 4 of the detox phase, and was excited to come across this group!

The first day was hard, but I feel very healthy now...here is my daily diet

Bfast: Oatmeal and Fruit
Snack: Yogurt with Fruit
Lunch: Bean salad
Dinner: Rice and Beans
Snack: Piece of fruit

Lets hope this is somethign I can stick to!

No no not really.

I always change my yogurt with fruit (the fruit is always different type of berry) same with oatmeal in the morning I usually change the fruit in that too. For dinner i sometimes have soy burger and veggie or brown rice and beans, or brown rice and veggies!
