grilled carrots
 

I got me book yesterday so Im starting phase1 today. Yesterday I cut up a carrot and put a tiny amount of olive oil with them and grilled them. They were sooooo good. It made me feel guilty eatting them they tasted so good my mind keep saying this can't be healthy. They had a taste almost like I had added brown sugar!!
