Hi waiting for my book.....
Well I was suprised to see the new smash diet on here already. I have watched cel Fit club off and on. Heard about fat smashing only a few times. I have lost 60 pounds on my own in the laast year. Calorie counting a bit and just hard exerciseing and portion control.
I feel I kinda need a new boost. This might be it. Its just hard for me to follow things it seems. I have read most evveryones post. So I can see how you all are liking this plan. So I think I might try to jump on the wagon at least for a while. I like my meat that is going to be the hard part I think for me. BEANS how do you cook them and how many ways can you really make them. I grew up cooking with out reciepes. So I am not a fan of following them. I could use some reall simple and easy ones I know. Do we have a spot for that in here yet. Well Just wanted to say HI and I am looking forward to getting started. wish I could find a faster way to get stared. Stacey |
Hi, welcome to Fat Smash!
We have a recipe subforum that contains a few recipes, and hopefully it will grow :) There are some recipes in there for beans, maybe some will appeal to you. This diet is really easy for improvising without recipes, so hopefully you'll manage well. Good luck! |
