Well I was suprised to see the new smash diet on here already. I have watched cel Fit club off and on. Heard about fat smashing only a few times. I have lost 60 pounds on my own in the laast year. Calorie counting a bit and just hard exerciseing and portion control.
I feel I kinda need a new boost. This might be it. Its just hard for me to follow things it seems. I have read most evveryones post. So I can see how you all are liking this plan. So I think I might try to jump on the wagon at least for a while. I like my meat that is going to be the hard part I think for me. BEANS how do you cook them and how many ways can you really make them. I grew up cooking with out reciepes. So I am not a fan of following them. I could use some reall simple and easy ones I know. Do we have a spot for that in here yet. Well Just wanted to say HI and I am looking forward to getting started. wish I could find a faster way to get stared.

There are some recipes in there for beans, maybe some will appeal to you. This diet is really easy for improvising without recipes, so hopefully you'll manage well.
