hi from a newbie!

  • Hi all! New to Fat Smash, not 3FC (I was on [and off and on and off] South Beach for a while). I am now, with my new wife, on the badnwagon again and am trying Fat Smash. I've got some health issues as of late (gall bladder surgery, foot issues) so I think this WOL is going to be a good one for me in that it will gear me back into the gym slowly.

    A bit about me: started my new healthy journey about 3.5 years ago. Lost 60 pounds (or so I think, the scale only went up to 251!), gained back 12. I haven't lost and kept off a thing in almost 2 years. I've tried, but haven't stuck with it. Having my wife on this challenge with me is going to be helpful!

    I am at 206 right this second. I am going to make a new ticker. I want to get to 189 by December and in 2007, to my ultimate goal of 165. I am 5'8". I got to under 200 for my wedding (3 weeks ago) but since put back on.

    Anyway, I've read the book 4 times now and am on my way. Hope you chicks will help me along the way.

    I start tomorrow, October 1.
