  • i am on losing the last twenty pounds and i was thinking of doing the fat smash.
    do you think it would work for me?how many calories do you eat a day? it seems like a good way of eating a can stick to for ever.........
  • Im working on my last 15 pounds and started out just 5 lbs less than you. Im down 5 pounds in two weeks since starting the fat smash diet. I would DEFINITELY recommend this diet to you because it helped me move that plateau i ws stuck at for quite some time. I dont know how many calories you eat now, but i was eating 1400 when i exercised and 1200 when i didnt. With this diet I realized eating about 1200-1300 calories was what i needed to jumpstart my weightloss. I also exercise about 5 days a week, either 30 minutes of elliptical or running and a 15-20 minute cool down on the bike. It may not seem like alot of calories but i have been feeling pretty full and have been eating more often during the day when i can't control my hunger and than eating less at night when im in control because i know ill be going to bed.
