Good MOrning Scarcar, I for one dont think it would hurt you ! Just my
opinion. Iam one that if it is not listed , i dont eat it!! silly as it may
sound that is me!! Iam sure Suzanne are some of the other ladies
can help you on that one. I would just use the ketchup sparingly.

I absolutely would never stay on the diet, so I will go back to counting calories.

Looking forward to starting a new week. This weekend was horrible for me. I let my emotions and PMS get the best of me...oh well, another 9 days...it is easy and I am used to it. Exercise has not been a problem at all...been doing 6 days 60 mintes a workout.

Hey,
Tomorrow is day 7. I feel really good. The headaches only lasted 3 days and I have lots and lots of energy.

I didn't have trouble sticking to the foods allowed this weekend, but I did have a problem eating every three hours. Today we went to church this morning and this evening. We were late for church this morning because I am not used to getting up on Sunday morning and cooking breakfast. We used to just grab a danish or something really fast. I missed my afternoon snack because I was busy getting everyone ready for church. Yesterday was spent running errands all day and I didn't get to eat breakfast or my afternoon snack. I am going to view this weekend as a lesson learned. Next weekend I am going plan out my meals better and take snacks with me when I can.

Buttercup~ You are the exercise queen. lol. Keep it up!

Linda~ Glad you found the recipe thread. Those that you posted look good. I am gonna have to try them.
