Salt in phase one

Are we allowed any salt in phase one?

Pretty sure. Can't remember the exact amount (maybe a tb or two), but I think it's listed with pepper under Seasonings.

I was just wondering the same thing - I noticed that alot of people here are saying that you CAN'T have salt in Phase 1??

Just to be safe,I haven't had any salt. I'm on my 6th day.
