Default Non-Fat/ Low-Fat Frozen Yogurt on FS?

Ok so I'm sure I already know the answer to this but.... is frozen yogurt ok on FS?

I am having a grumpy day and I'd love to have something special but I don't want to break my phase 1 (I'm on day 4)

Let me know what yall think.... before I do it anyway haha

Well I DIDN'T eat it after all. But it kind of makes me sad how dead this forum is.... is nobody smashing anymore???

I am!!!! I am on day 5 now, I think we started the same day. I'm pretty sure it's a no to the frozen yogurt. How has you week been so far on the diet?

yay we are on the same day!!

Yeah, I decided against the froyo even though I really wanted it. Ummm... my week is going pretty good I've already lost some weight so I'm happy about that.

How about you?

I was doing really good. I lost a few lbs. But yesterday we cheated. Today I've been following phase 2. I wasn't hungry, but I felt like I had no energy. I have a toddler who hasn't been sleeping well, so I've only been getting about 5 hours of non-consecutive sleep per night. I guess I just felt like I needed more energy from food. I will stay on phase 2 for a while probably because I am getting results.

I'm thinking about re-doing phase 1. I'm on phase 3 now and I've cheated a lot because I went on a road trip and it wasn't feasible to stick to it...so I haven't gained weight, but maybe phase 1 will give me a boost.
