Yeah, I decided against the froyo even though I really wanted it. Ummm... my week is going pretty good I've already lost some weight so I'm happy about that.
I was doing really good. I lost a few lbs. But yesterday we cheated. Today I've been following phase 2. I wasn't hungry, but I felt like I had no energy. I have a toddler who hasn't been sleeping well, so I've only been getting about 5 hours of non-consecutive sleep per night. I guess I just felt like I needed more energy from food. I will stay on phase 2 for a while probably because I am getting results.
I'm thinking about re-doing phase 1. I'm on phase 3 now and I've cheated a lot because I went on a road trip and it wasn't feasible to stick to it...so I haven't gained weight, but maybe phase 1 will give me a boost.
