questions about diet?

I am looking for a program and would like more info on this one? Has anyone had significant loss?

There's a post at the top asking people how long they've been smashing, which includes the amount of weight they've lost. Searching this forum and googling Fat Smash will give you a great deal of information but the book is your best source. It's pretty cheap as well, about $11 to $13.
