This is how I eat mine also excep I use chili powder & Cajun spices and I only leave them in the oven for 20 mins. :) Mine burnt after 30 mins so it depends on your oven. Delicious!

You can't roast them until they're cooked first. So either use canned, or use dried and cook them first.
