  • Hi everyone!
    This the end of my first week of P2, I've lost 12lbs so far. My work schedule rotates between day and night shift. sometimes I'm too tired to eat when I come home from work and when I wake up, I'm having those bad cravings. but I have to remember that it's only because I haven't eaten. Stay strong everyone!
