i don't know if anyone can help me since i haven't received my book yet. I wanted to go shopping tomorrow so i could start Monday. i'm not sure about the details of the first phase. i was wondering what kind of yogurt is okay? is dannon light and fit ok? what about hummus? do i have to make my own? or is the store bought okay?...i'm not sure what addatives are okay? and what about no calorie sweetner? can i have diet sodas? what are the limitations on sodium? if anyone can help thanks!!!
