Is Konjac shirataki noodles allowed on phase 1?
 

I read about these noodles which are made out of soluble fiber. They have no gluten, calories or carbs. You can find them at the asian food mart. I was thinking it would be a nice change from beans and rice every day. Anybody have any thoughts?

Thats the kind of thing I think is allowable on nearly any diet.

Because the FS book doesn't give actual reasons behind the allowance or non-allowance of various foods, I'd think those are fine. Given that, I'm no expert.
