So this is day 5 and yeah I know I'm not suppose to weigh untill day 10 but I couldn't do it... so when I stepped on the scale today I was down 5 lbs... I'm very excited! Hope things keep going well!!! I haven't really cheated just drinking one dt coke a day because my headaches were so bad without the caffeine!!!! Hope everyone else is doing well!
I don't eat much of a variety... I'm kinda picky! But I usually have 2 egg substitutes scrambled for breakfast and either an apple or peach if I'm still hungry. Then usually somes grapes (frozen... that way I don't eat as many) then for lunch I'll either eat a salad or more fruit (like fruit cocktail from the can... not for sure if it's allowed but I've had it a couple of times and doesn't seem to hurt) then more grapes or an apple if I get hungry and then for dinner (ok... here comes the picky part) I'll eat some veggies usually just corn and green beans (the only two I really like) and some brown rice if I'm REALLY hungry (not a big fan of plain rice). That's about it... If I get hungry I just find some fruit because as you can tell there aren't many veggies I like! I don't seem to be hungry so, so far so good!
