First 19lbs gone!!!!!!!!
 
I am proud to say that I have lost my first 19lbs and counting! I am so happy that I found this site. THis site makes my goal so much more achievable. THis is not my first time attemping to lose weight but its something about this time. I know in my heart that I am going to make my goal. I work out about five times a day with a co worker and I actually enjoy it. I even love to walk with my children. I am so much move happier about life. I feel so great because I walk up six flights of steps about five times a week. That is my most effective work out and I feel a difference as well as see a difference.


I just want to say to those of you who have a goal stick to it trust it and know that you can do it. I hope to see you in onederland!!!!!!!

I'm actually starting back up on FSD myself today. I overdid things this past weekend due to 4th and I gained 4lbs. It was mainly because I hardly had any veggies/fruits, drank some reg soda and alot of carbs:o
Well, I gonna rectify things starting today to get those 4lbs back off PLUS more:carrot:
Ill be checking in with you, Matilda, every now and then because I know I'm gonna need a buddy! I had a buddy the first time I did FSD, but I know he's not trying to do it again:D

Thanks I gained weight to over the holiday weekend! Dont let that get you down just pick back up. during a weight loss process that will happen some times! Trust me even though i lost about 20lbs there are times when I gained 2-4lbs in between! Just work out and step it up......my goal is to lose about 15lbs by mid august after this weekend I am going back to detox starting today because I want to clean out my system plus get back on track. Congrats on your weight loss, Matilda! And for staying so focused and positive!! I'm starting the detox phase and am looking forward to making changes in my life for a healthier me! Congrats on the loss. I like your fitness plan too. It seems so simple and doable w/o having to spend time and money on a gym. We all need to get up out of our chairs and walk a few steps a day. You have inspired me to get up and move. Thanks.

No problem Jen! Its a day to day process. We are all here to help each other and as long as you trust it you will make it to your goal one day. I am just happy that I found this site because it makes it easier when you have people that can relate to what we are going through!!!!!!!! You can do it!!!!!!

Well done Matilda!! FSD has been awesome for me too and I've been telling everyone at work it's the cat's pajamas. I thought I was working out alot but you're five-a-days trumps me by far. I'm a huge believer in momemtum -- it can take you in either direction (fridge or gym). I tell people to commit to the detox for 9 days and work out at least 5 of them per the book. If you can't discipline yourself for a little over a week then you don't want it badly enough. The first 9 days was all the momentum I needed and never looked back. The hardest thing to do is get your head in a place that your heart will follow. You've obviously done it and deserve to feel good about yourself (as you obviously do). Keep your eye on the prize and it'll be smooth sailing!!

....and I'll join the strong Jerz contingent here as Bergen boy working in Morris.
