Back on FSD starting today!!

Well, I decided to start back on FSD. I did it back in March and lost 8-10lbs. I stopped and started eating "normally" and havent gained any weight back...which is good and proof to me that what I lost wasn't water weight. Since I haven't lost anymore weight, I've decided to start again and really pay close attention to following the guidelines and getting activity in. When I did it before I wasn't exercising and managed to lose 8-10lbs. I figure doing it again and working out I could do much better with weight loss.
So today is the first day of Phase 1 and I'll be checking back in soon!!:carrot:
