The site is not owned by Dr. Ian Smith. It's actually my site and I had to take it down because Dr. Ian's lawyers have threatened legal action against me, on the grounds of copyright infringement. I don't think that it will be coming back up.

I had just found the site the night it was taken down. I was right in the middle of copying recipes. I'm really sorry it had to happen. Your site was incredible. I, too hope all the people find their way here since there seemed to be so much more activity on your board. And btw, your site didn't give me any more information than Dr. Ian's book, which I ordered BECAUSE of the good information I got from it. Perhaps if he's concerned about it, he should write another Fat Smash book with more consistent instructions.

For those of you that enjoyed fatsmashforum, I'm happy to say that I am trying to work it out with Dr. Ian's lawyers. Only certain parts of the site were objectionable, so they are willing to let me keep the site active as long as I make some revisions. I have no idea what those revisions will be and how long it will take to get the site back up but I will keep you posted.
